Duy Le is a co-founder of Wildlife Ltd. and a researcher at the Southern Institute of Ecology (SIE), with over 15 years of experience studying bird ecology and conservation in Vietnam. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Science (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City) in 2011, he worked as a research assistant on Sarus Crane research and conservation at the International Crane Foundation (ICF) in Vietnam from 2011 to 2012. He completed his Master's degree in Ecology in 2017 and received a PhD scholarship for the Biodiversity PhD Program in Taiwan in 2018. Since joining SIE as a researcher, Duy's passion and professional work have flourished, leading him to participate in numerous biodiversity projects across nearly all protected areas in Vietnam. He is a co-author of several significant biodiversity findings in Vietnam, including the discovery of the Annamite Striped Rabbit's range in southern Vietnam in 2021 and the exploration of ground-dwelling mammal and bird diversity in the southern Annamites using camera traps in 2024. Duy has also worked as a bird expert, biodiversity consultant, and provided technical support for biodiversity projects with WWF, FFI, IUCN, the Institute of Oceanography (IOC), the Institute of Marine Environment and Resources, CBES, Wild Act, and IZW in Vietnam. Since 2018, Duy has worked as a bird guide, leading numerous birdwatching and photography tours for various birdwatching companies in Vietnam.
Minh Pham is a co-founder of Wildlife Ltd, an environmental researcher and project planner with many positive contributions. He was nurtured with a love for nature from an early age and you will see it clearly in the programs he accompanies. At wildlife, with his deep knowledge of nature, especially wild birds, he not only participates as a scientific advisor but also a bird guide with excellent photography skills.
Tung Nguyen is a co-founder of Wildlife Ltd. He has more than 15 years of experience working in education (with expertise in experiential education and skills education) and Adventure Tourism in Vietnam and internationally. With a passionate love for nature combined with a deep understanding of education, he is one of the pioneers in creating special educational programs (Summer camps, formal subjects, outdoor activities...) based on nature and for nature... at Universities and international education systems where he has worked. At Wildlife, he will lead and accompany young students in quality educational products with the slogan "touch the wild"
Vo Rin was born in Hoi An City, Central Vietnam, and has been working in professional photography and filmmaking for 15 years, focusing on themes of nature and biodiversity conservation in Vietnam. He is a pioneer in creating tools to support the photography of migratory birds. Rin’s best works have been showcased in notable exhibitions, including "Birds of Son Tra Nature Reserve" in 2021 in Da Nang, "Dalat Rendezvous Season 4" in 2021 in Da Lat City, and "Where the Birds Return" in 2022 and 2023 in Hoi An City. He has received major international awards, such as being in the Top 100 best photos in the WILDLIFE category at the 35AWARDS, the Top 2% Bird Photographer in 2020, and the Top 1% Bird Photographer in both 2021 and 2022, along with being in the Top 3 in the WILDLIFE category in 2024. Rin has also appeared as a guest on national television programs, including VTV1, VTV3, and VTV8, contributing to shows like "Morning Coffee" and "Vietnam Wakes Up" on VTV1. In addition to his photography work, Rin has been actively involved in the study and conservation of birds in Vietnam. Since 2022, he has also worked as a bird guide in the country.
Thuy Linh has been working in Da Nang for the past seven years as a professional photographer and filmmaker. Her work focuses on various themes, particularly nature and biodiversity conservation in Vietnam. In addition to her photography, Linh is actively involved in studying and conserving bird species in the country.
He come from a peaceful province in the Central Region, Viet Nam. As a professional wildlife bird photographer, he dedicated to capturing authentic and stunning moments of nature through his lens. helping to showcase the beauty and significance of the wildlife. Mr. Linh Ha got many achievements such as: 35awards photography contest (Top 1% in bird photography 2022); Top 35 Viet Nam photographer 2021; Viet Nam wildlife bird photography contest 2023... With his knowledge of wild birds and his exquisite artistic vision, he is always ready to lead his companions to the most exciting experiences.
He is a famous speaker, one of the pioneers in the field of mindfulness education in Vietnam. In more than 13 years of experience, he has held many important positions such as member of the Professional Advisory Board of the Xanh Tue Duc School System; Co-founder of the SUPERKID Skill - Talent Center; Member of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Mindful Leaders Community... It is an honor that at Wildlife, as an Education Advisor, he has contributed so much to high-quality education projects that connect and enhance the value of nature, people and communities.
Mr. Long Le is a seasoned professional in the field of education. With extensive experience spanning over 10 years, He has held many important positions, especially as director of HR training at Xanh Tue Duc School in Hanoi, the school is famous for its nickname "Happy School". In HR training and mindfulness education, he has dedicated their career to fostering personal and professional growth in individuals and teams. With a deep understanding of the educational landscape, he has successfully developed and implemented training programs that enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning. As a mindfulness educator, Mr. Long is passionate about integrating mindfulness practices into educational settings, helping individuals cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Known for their empathetic approach and innovative strategies, he continues to inspire and empower others to reach their full potential.
Mr. Vien Nguyen spent most of his youth self-studying and spreading the spirit of education and love of nature to everyone in many community projects. It is an honor that now, as a fully trained police officer, he is even more involved in many educational projects, survival training and Summer Camps with Wildlife.
Her childhood was closely associated with the peaceful mountains and forests, Therefore, a deep love for plants, mountains, forests and the surrounding environment was formed for her to pursue the field of Natural Resources and Environment. Her desire is not only to preserve precious natural values but also to spread awareness of environmental protection to the community and future generations.
